Last updated August 30, 2026. This page describes what this website — and, as of this update, our mobile app — actually does. No legalese. A formal policy will accompany our commercial agreements.

What we collect when you fill out a form

Exactly what you type: your name, company, email, phone, what you're interested in, and — if you use the scorecard — the numbers you entered, so your demo call starts from your math. Booking a time also creates a calendar event with a Google Meet link, which means Google processes the invitation to your email address.

What our analytics collect

Our analytics are first-party and cookie-less. We record page views and button clicks with the page name, referring site, and campaign tags if present. Instead of tracking you individually, we store a one-way daily hash for rough visitor counts — it can't be reversed into your identity, and it changes every day. No advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no cookies.

What we do with it

We reply to you, prepare your demo, and understand which pages are useful. That's it. We don't sell or share your information with anyone, and submitting a form signs you up for exactly zero newsletters — you get a personal reply from a human.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting your data — to anyone, ever.
• No automated marketing sequences or drip campaigns.
• No third-party ad tracking on this site.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and booking records are kept as sales records while we might work together. Analytics events are aggregate counts with day-scoped hashes and hold no personal identity to delete. Ask us to delete your submissions at any time (below) and we will.

Who processes data for us

Calendar bookings are created in Google Calendar, so Google processes the invitation sent to your email under their terms. The website and its database run on infrastructure we control. We don't embed third-party advertising or social-media trackers.

Our mobile app

Everything above is about this website. If you're a customer using the AI Office app on your phone (iOS or Android), here's what that app does — it's the same account and the same servers as the web version, just with a few extra permissions a phone can offer that a browser can't:

• Your account. The app uses the same login as the web app — your name, email, and company — so your work is tied to your account, not to the device.
• Camera, photos, and microphone. If you take or attach a photo (for example, documenting a job site), the app asks for camera and photo-library access. Video capture can include audio, and there's a separate voice-input feature — both use the microphone. Photos and videos you capture are uploaded to your company's records in AI Office; the app doesn't save a copy to your phone's photo library unless you choose to.
• Location. With your permission, the app uses your phone's GPS in a few specific ways: to tag where a job photo was taken so it can suggest the right customer automatically, to show relevant weather and route information for wherever you are, and — only if you turn on "share my location" on the team map — to show your live location to your own teammates while that's switched on. That live-sharing stops the instant you turn the toggle off or close the app; we don't build a location history from it.
• Push notifications. If you allow them, the app registers your device with Apple's or Google's notification service so we can send you alerts about job and task updates.

None of this is used for advertising, sold to anyone, or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to run the app (like Apple or Google delivering a push notification). It's only ever visible inside your own company's AI Office account.

Children

This site is for contracting businesses and isn't directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect information from them.
